Petition for Conditional Uae Permit from GLBNN P. and W. PHOSEB 0'NHAL, 1941 Bast Lin-
coln Avenue,Anaheim, Califosnia,Owners
of certain real property aituated in the City of Aaahe3n, Countq of Osange, 8tate~~ of
Califoraia, as described in Bxhibit "A" or as folloas: Legal description, Hxhibit A, on
file in the office of the Planning Departmeat

WHBRBAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public heariag at thc City Hall ia
the City of Anaheim on October 16, 1961, at 2:00 o'clock Y.M., notice of eaid
public hearing having been duly given ~.s required by]aa and ia accordance xith the provi-
sions of the Anaheim Municipal Code, Chapter 18.64~ to hear and coa~ider evidence for and
against said proposed conditiona2 use and to inveatigate and mate fiadinge and recommea-
dations in connection therewith; and
P1F~RBA3, said Coas~iesion, after due in~pection,investigation, aad atudq~ made by it-
aelf and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered
at said hearing, does find aad determine the following facts:
1. That the proposed use ~ properly oae for which a Coaditional Use Pernit
is suthorized by this Code, to wit: a rest home,
2, That"'the proposed use ~i,ll „ot. adversely affect the ad,~oining lend uses aad
the growth and development of the area in which it ia propoaed to be located.
3, Tha4 the size and shape of the site propQaed for the uae ~, adequate to
allow the fu31 deve~lopmeat of the proposed uae in a manner not detrimeatal to the pnrti-
r:ular area ner to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare of the citizens of the
City of Aaalisim.
4. That the traffic generated by the propoaed uae will not impoae an undue bus-
den upon the streets and highways deaigaed and iaproved to earry the traffic in the area.
5. That the granting of the Conditional Use Yermit under the conditions imposed,
if aay~ will not be detrimentai to the peace, health, safety~ and general ~oelfara o:f the
citizens of-the City of Anaheim.
6. That no one appeared in opposition to sub~ect petition.
