A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNRdG COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PETITION FOR CONDITIONP.L ?JSE PERMIT 1$g BE GRANTED
WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive a verified Petition for Conditional
Use Permitftum WISCHNACR, et al, c/o Robert W. Wischnack, 2650 Trojan,Place, Anaheim,
California, Owner; John B. Rilroy Company, 1360 South Los Angeles Street, Anaheim, California,
Agent of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, $tate of
California, County of Orange, described as follows: ~il that certain land'iri ~Ehe~Cit}~"oi Ana=
heim, County of Orsnge, State of Calif~rnia, described as follows: The westerly 370,00 feet
of the northerly one half of the southerly one half of Lot 15 in Block "$" of the Kraemer
TYact, as shown on a map recorded in Book 12, pages 87 and 88 of Miscellaneous Records of
Los Angeles County, California. BXCSPTING from said land the southerly 202.10 feet

December 27 , 1961 at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice oE said public headng having been duly given es required by
lew end in eccordence with the provisions of the Meheim Muaicipel code, Chapter l8.64, to hear end coneider evldence
foc end ageinst said proposed conditional use and to investigete and meke findings end recommende;ions in connection
therewith; end
WHEREAS, aeid Commission, after due inapection, investigetion, and study mede by itself eutd in its behelf, an3
after due consideretion of all evidence and repods offe~ed at eaid heaiing, does $nd end determine the following Eects:
1. That the proposed use,is properly one for which a,Co ditional Use Fermit is
authorized by, this Code, to wit: li restaUrant,with cocktail ~ounge.. ._ ,. ,. . .
?. Th~t the remaining request•ed uses included in the proposed planned unit shopping

and aie therefore not included in this resolution of approval.

the acea in which it is proposed to be focated.
4. That the size and ehepe of the site proposed for the use is adequate to nllow the full development of the
pcoposed use in e menner not detdmental to the particular erea nor to the peace, health, aefery, end general welfare
of the Citizens oE the City of Anaheim.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Aneheim City Planning Commission does hereby grant subje~t
Petition for Conditional Use Permit, upon the following condi4ions Which are he:eby found to be a necessary piexequisite
}: to the proposed use of the subject prop~dy in order to preserve the safety end general welfarn of the Citizens ot the
City of Ansheim:
1. Development substantially in accordance with Bxhibit Nos. 2, 3, anr.; 4. i
