N0. 152, SBRIBS 1961-62, WHICH GRANTSll PHTITION FOR VARIANCfi N0. 1421.
?'; WNSRBAS, the City Planning Commi~sion of the City of Anaheim did adopt said
d1 Resolution No. 152, Series 1961-62 on November. 27, 1961 subject to specific conditions;

WHBRBAS, the City Planning Cemmission did review said Resolution No. 152,
Series 1961-62 at the request of the Cxty Council at Yrie Planrting Commission meeting
held on December 27, 1961; and
WHEREAS, the.City Planning Commission did consider at said meeting the
requirements of Condition No. 2 of Resolution Na, 152, Series 1961-62, and does deem it
necessary to amend said condition because it was not the intention of the City'Planning
~ommission that a tim? limitation of one (1) year be placed upon the usc of the guest
house on subject property;

2. Occupancy of the guest house to be limited to the persons empioyed
on the premises subject to review by the Planning Commission a t the
expiration of one (1) year period of time from the date of approval
of subject petition, said expiration date being November 27, 1962.
