Section 18 52.010 to permit construction of a commercial building on s~bject property;
Ser,tion 18.52.020 to permit construction of a building having a height in excess of seventy-
five (75) feet; nnd Section 18.04.030 to permit the provision of parking on the basis of
one parking space per two hundred and fifty (250) ~~'~uare feet of gross floor spac~.
'~ 2, That there are exceptional or extrxordinary circumstancea or coaditions
applicable to the property involveQ or to the intended use of the property that do not

1. Pzovision of 154 parking spaces, with a full time parkine attendant on duty during business
hours.
2. Provision of landscaping as indicated an Bxhibit "1", plalts foz said landscaping to be sub-
mitted to and subject to the approyal of the Superintendent of Parkway Maintenance prior to
issuance of the Finai Bui~.ding Inspection.;
3, Development substanti~.lly in accordance with Bxhibits "1", "11", and "111".
4. Limitation of the use of subject property to the follovring permitted uses:

b. Business and professional offices and real estate apencies.
c. Incidental or accessory uses stipulated as follows:
