aions of the Anaheim Muaicipax Code~ Chap~er 18.72, to hear and consider eeidence for and
against said propoaed reclassification and to investigate and sake findings r.nd rzcoamen-
dations in coanection therewith; and

seif and in its behalf, aad after due coasideration of all evidence and reposta offered
at said hearing, daea find and determine the foilowiag facta:
1. That the petitioner propoaea a reclasaification of the above deacribed pro-
perty from tLe R-3, Multiple Pamily Residential, Zone to the C-2, General Commercial, Zone.
2. That the propoaed reciasaification of sub3ect property not nece8aar~ or
deairnble for the orderly and proger developmeat of the cosaunity.
3, That the C-2, G~.,zral Commercial, Zone would not be suitable for the subject
asea.
4. That verbal opposition by the proposed occupant was recorded against subject
petition,

recommends to the City Council of the City of Anaheim that Petition for Reclassification
No. 61-62-i1 be deaied and, by so doing, that Title 18-2oning of the Anaheim
Municipal Code not be amended to exclude the above described property from the
R-3~ Multiple Family Residential, zone and to incorporate said described property in the
C-2~ General Commercial, zone;
