perty in order to preaerve the safe~y and general xelfare of the Citizeas of Anaheim:
l, Time limitation of three (3) years after which said variance shall become null and void
unless written petition is made to the City Planning Commission for review and an
I extension of time isgranted for said variance.
2. Restriction of above described use to the existing rectangular structure only or the
approval of plans for new construction by the City Planning Co~nmission and/or City
- Council. .
3. Preparation of'street improvement plans and installation of allimprovements for Beach '
~ Boulevard (Stanton), in accordance with the approved standard plans on file in the
I office of the City Engineer.
4. Payment of $2.00 per front foot for street lighting purposes on Beacfi Boulevard (Stanton).
I 5. Time limitation~of one hundred eighty (180) days for the accomplishment of Item Nos. 3
and 4.
