cular area nor to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare of the citizens of the -

1. Installation of a six (6) foot masonry wall along the easterly boundary line of subject
property, PRIOR TO FINAL BUILDING )NSPEC7tON.
2. Instailation of a six (6) foot masonry wall atong the northerly and southerly boundaries
of subject property, or the posting of a two (2) year bond to insure installation of
said wall subject to the approval of the Building and Fire Departments, PRIOR TO FINAL
BUILDINa ~NSPECTION.
3• Sutject to approval by the State Board of Education.
A. Building to be brought up to City of Pnaheim Code requirements for use as a school to
the satisfaction of the Chief Building Inspector and Fire Chief prior to Final
Building 1nspection.
5• Dedication of 32 feet from the monumented centerline of Webster Street, (30 feet existing).
6. Preparation of street improvement plans and .~nstallation of all improvements for Webster
Street, in accordance with the approved standard plans on file in the office of the City
Engineer.
7. Payment of $2.00 per front foot for street lighting purposes on Webster Street.
8. Time limitatiorn.of one hundred eighty (180) days for the accomp!ishment of Item Nos.
5, 6, and 7.
