out the cocm~unity.
4. That the subject property is in clOSe proximity to the Western High School and
the Savaana School District elementary school, therefore, residential development of sub-
ject property would be more compatible with the school properties than the proposed
neighborhood commercial development.
5. That Petition for Reclassification No, 60-61-43 is still pending for the re-
classification of subject property to the C-3, Heavy Commercial, Zone, thereforP, recom-
mendation is made tha~c said petition be terminated by the City Council.
6. That no one appeared in opposition to subject property.

recommenda 4o the City Council of the City of Anaheim that Petition for Reciassification
No. 61-62-21 be deaied aad~ by ao doiag, that Titie 18-Zoning of the Anaheim
Mutiicipai Code not be amended to exclude the above de~cribed property from the
R-A, Residenttal Agricultural, zone aad to incorporate said deacribed property ia the
C-1, Neighborhood Commercial, zone.
