against said proposed conditional use and to investigate aad make fiadiaga and recoaea-
dations in connection therewith; aad

self and in its behalf~ and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered
at said heariag~ does find and determine the following facta:

the growth and development of the area in which it is proposed to be locnted.

City of Anaheim.

1. Repair cf damaged and/or hazardous sidewalics and curbs on Claudina Street in accordance
with approved ~tandard'plans on file in the Office of the City Engineer.
2. Removal of trees on Claudina Street if it is determined to be necessary by the Super-
intendent of Parkway Maintenance in the ever.t of potential damage to the sidewalks.
