% NOW, THBR.SPORH, BB IT RflSOLVHD that the Anaheim City Planning Commission hereby
recommends to the City Council of the City of Anaheim that Petition for Reciasaification
No, 61-62-25 be approved and, by so doing, that Titie 18-Zoning of the pnaheim
Municipal Code be amended to exclude the above described property from the R-1, One Family
' Residential zone and to incorporate said described property in the M-1, Light Manufactur-
? ing zone, upon the following conditions which are hereby found to be a neces-
`'4 sary prerequisite to the propoaed use of the sabject property ia order to preserve the
~ safety and general welfare of the Citizena of Anaheim:

1. Subject to the reclassification to the M-1, Light Manufacturing, Zone of Lots 5 and
6 of Block 1, Tract No.419 as indicated on Hxhibit No. 1.
2. Dedication of 32 feet from the monumented centerline of 2eyn Street (26.5 feet existing)
3, Time limitation of ninety (90) days for the accomplishment ef Item No. 2,
