` NUW, 1HBRHPORH, BB IT RHSOLVBD that the Anaheim City Plannzng Commission hereby
1'-!j recoaunends to the City Council of the City of Anaheim that Petition for Reclassification
~I No, 61-62-27 be approved and, by so doing, that Title I8-2oning of the Anahexm
,~' Miinicipal Code be amended to exclude the above described property from the R~A, Residential
x:; Agricultural zone and to zncorporate said described property in the C-2, General Com-
3;~ mercial zone, u~an the following conditions which are hereby found to be a neces-
' sary prerequisite to the proposed use of the subject property in order to preserve the
}" safety and general welfare of the Citizens of Anaheim:
1. Uevelapment substantially in accordance with Exhibit No.l, plans for landscaping shown
on plot plan to be submitted to and subject to the approval of the Superintendent of
Parkway Maintenance and to be installed prior to Final Building Inspection.
2. Provision of parking urea in accordance with Code requirements and in accorc:ance with
the open air parking space standards on file in the Planning Department.
3. Installation of sidewalks after completion of the City's centract for widening of Huclid
Avenue ai accordance with the approved standard plans on file in the Office of the City
Bngineer.
4. Payment of $2,00 per front foot for street lighting purposes on Buclid Avenue and
Ball Road.
5. Time limitation of ninety (90) days for the accomplishment of Item No. 4.
