1. That the proposed use is properly one for which a Coadltioael .Uae Peemit la authorized by this Code, to
wit: Hxpansion of existing church and sunday school facilities.
2. Thet the proposed use will not advecsely affect the edJoining land uses end the growth end development of
the area in which it is propoaed to be located.
3. Thet thc aize and ahepe of the aite proposed for the use is adequate to allow the full devclopment oE the

NOW, THEREFORE, B~ 1T RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Plenning Commission does hereby grant subject
Petition for Conditionnl Use Permit, upon the following conditlons which ore hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite
;to the proposed use of the subJect propecry .in otdet to preserve the sefety end genewl welfare ofthe Citizens of the
CEty of Anaheim: '
1. Development substantially in accordance with Hxhibit Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7.
2. Installation of a minimum si:: (6) foot wide landscaped strip abuttin~ the present
stzeet property line of su~~ject property and adjacent to the Qroposed parking area,
plans for said landscaping t.: he subcaitted to and subject to the approval of the
Supzrintenden: of Parkway Maintenance, and said landscaping to be installed prior ico

3. Posting of a two-year bond to insure the installation of a six (6) foot masonry wall

4. Improvement of parking area in accozdance with Code requirements and open air parking
