A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNYNG COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PETITION FUR CONDITYONAL USE PERMIT 20T BE GRANTED
WHEREAS, the CSty Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did ceceive a verified Pet:ition for Conditional
Use Permitfrom A. C. 'NILLIS, 1358 South Euclid Avenue, Anaheim, California and NORMAN L. BUTLIIt,
JR,, 1408 South Buclid Avenue, Anaheim, California, Owners; W. C. Bryant, 12112 Brookhurst,
Garden Grove',Calif:,, Agent of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California, as described in Exhibit "A" or as follows: Legal description
marked~Bxhibit "A", attached,hereto, i.ncorporated in file of subject petition and referred to
herein as though set forth in full

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commis~ion did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Aneheim on
February 19, 1962 at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid public hearirtg having been duly given es required by
law and in eccordance with the provisions of the Maheim Municipal code, Chepter 18.64, to hear and consider evidence
for and egatnst said proposed conditional use and to investigate and meke findings end recommendotione in connection
therewith; end
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigation, and atudy made by itself and in its behelf, and
after due consideretion of all evidence and reporta offered at seid headng, does find and determine the following fects:
1. T6at the pmposed use is properly one for which a Conditional .Use '?eimlt is authorized by f6is Code, to
wit: a churcho
2. Thet the proposed use will not adversely affect the edjoining land uses and the growth and development of
the azea in which it is proposed to be located.
3. Thet the size and shepe of the site proposed for the uae is adequete to allow the full developraent of the
proposed use in a manner not detrimental to the perticuler area nor to the peace, health, safety, end generel welfam
of the Citizens of the City of Meheim.
4. That the traffi~c'generated by the proposed use arill not impose an Undue buiden•upon_
the streets and highways designed and proposed to carry the traffic in the areaa
5. That the granting of the Conditional Use Permit under the conditions imposed, if any,
will not be detrimental to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare of the.citizens
of the City of Anaheime
6o That no one appeared in opposition to sub~ect petitione

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED thet the Aneheim Clty Plenning Commission does hereby grant subject
Petition for Condttionel Use Permit, upon the following conditions which ere hereby found to be n necessery prerequlsite
to Lhe proposed ase of the subject psoperty in ocder to pceserve the safety and general welfare ofthe C,tizena of the
City of Aneheim: ' '
1. Development substantially in accordance with Exhibit Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7a
' 2. Dedication of 53 feet from the monumented centerline of Euclid Avenue (30 feet existing).

3o Dedication of 38092 feet, more or less, along the easterly boundary of subject property
for the extension of Edda Lane in accordance with the proposed street layout as indicated
~, on Precise Plan No. 1 of Planning Study Noo 43-56-10
4. Preparation of street improvement plans and installation of all improvements for Euclid
- Avenue, and the extension of Edda Lane, subject to the approval of the City Engineer and
in accordance with the adopted standard plans on file in the Office of the City Engineer.
5. Payment of $2000 per front foot for street lighting purposes on Euclid Avenue, the exten-
sion of Edda Lane, and the proposed street indicated on Preoise Plan Noo 1 of Planning
I Study No. 43-56-10
6o Provision of a five (5) foot utility easement along the northerly boundary of Parcel 1
and southerly boundary of'Parcel 2 of sub3ect property to adequately serve the subject
property and other properties, at the time of the installation of service facilitieso
