A RESOLUTION OF THE C1TY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEiM
THAT PETITION FOR VARIANCE N0. 1446 BE GRANTED '
WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission of the City of Aneheim did :eceive a verified Petition for Variance
from ~IL H. VON SEGGERN, 504 East Orangewood Avenue, Anaheim, California, Owner of certain
real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, as
described in Exhibit "A°' or as follows: Legal description marked Exhibit "A", attached hereto,
incorporated in file of subject petition and referred to herein as though set forth in full
; end
WHEREAS, tl~e City Plenning Cammission did hold a public hearing et the City Hall in the City of Anaheim
ap February 19, 1962 at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid pubiic hearing having been duly given as requiced
by lew and in uccordence with the p~ovisions of the Aneheim Municipal Code, Chapter 18.6$,to hear an~i consider
evidence for nnd against said proposed verience and to investigate end meke findings and recommendations in connec-
tion therewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commisslort, after due inspection, investigetion, end study made by itself and in its behalf,
end after due consideretion of al? evidence and ceparts offered as seid headng, does find end determine the Eollowing
fecta:
1. Thet the petitioner recAuests a varience from the Anaheim Municipel Code: Section 18o16a030 (4-b)
to permit tne establishment of subject property as a legal R-A, Residential Agricultural,
parcel of less than one acre in areaa
2. That thece ere exceptional or extreocdinery circumstenees or conditions eppliceble to tt~e pcopeety involved
or to the intended use of the propecty thet do not appiy generelly to the property or class oE use in the seme vicinity
and zone.
3. Thet the tequested verience is necessary for the preservation end enjoyment of e substantial property right
possessed by other property in the seme vicinity and zone, and denied to the pmperty in questlon.
4. Thet the requested veriance will not be mete:ielly detdmentel to the public welfere or injurioas to the pmp-
erty or improvemertts in such vicinity and zane in which the property ia located.

`~ ?o Prepa.ration of street improvement plans and installation of all improvements for
Orangewood Avenue, subject to the approval of tiie City Engineer and in accordance witn
the adopted standard plans on file in the Office of the City Engineero
3o Payment of $2=00 per front foot for street lighting punposes on Orangewood Avenueo
4e Provision of a six (6) foot utility easement along the easterly boundary of sub~eci,
property to adequately serve the subject property and other properties, at the time
