A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
~ THAT PETITION FOR VARIANCE NO. 1456 BE GRANTED •
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Meheim did receive e verified Petition for Varience
from TRUST DEVELOPMfiNT COMPANY, INC,, HERBERT N, and BBTTY L. KIRK, and JAMES P, and JEANNE
K. UTTERBACK, c/o 9802 Royal palm, Anaheim, California, Owners; Stephen W. Bradford, 125 South
Claudina Street, Anaheim, California, Agent of certain real property ~ituated in the City of
Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, as described in Exhibit "A" or as follows:
The north half of the north 198 feet of the south 483 feet of the south half of the east half
of the northeast quarter of the northwest quarter of Section 14, in Township 4 South, Range
11 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 51, Page 11,
Miscellaneous Maps, Records of said Orange County

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a pubiic hearing at the City Hall in the City of Aneheim
on February 19, 1962 et 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public heering having been duly given as cequired
Uy law end in eccbrdence wlth the provisions of the Aneheim Municipel Code, Chapter 18.68,to hear and consider
evidence for end egainst said p:oposed variance end to investigate end meke findings and cecommendations in connec-
tion therewith; end
WHEREAS, said Commisslon, aEter due inspection, investigetion, and study made by itself end in its behelf,
end efter due consideration of el: evidence and reports offered as said hearing, does find and determine the following
facts:
1. That the petitioner:equests a vaciance from the Aneheim Municipel Code: Section 18a32a080 (a~ to
permit an encroachment of five (5) feet into the existing front yard with an existing
multi[~le family residential structure recently constructed on subject propertyo
zo That the approval of the requested variance is hereby deemed to be based totally
upon a condition of hardship and does not establish a precedent for encroachments into
the required R-3, Multiple Family~Residential, front yard setback specifications of the
Anaheim Municipal Codeo ;
3o That no one appeared in opposition to subject petitiono
