A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PETITION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO.?.42BE DENIED
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Aneheim did ceceive a verifIed Petition for Conditional
Use Peanit from CHIP CHASIN, 1801 Newport Boulevard, Costa Mesa, California, Owner; Ray Mercado,
13016 &uclid pvenue, Garden Grove, California, Agent of certain real property situated in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, as described in Bxhibit "A"~or as
follows: The north 253,00 feet of the north one-half of the northeast quarter of the north-
west quarter of Section 24, Township 4 South, Range il West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, City
of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, as said section is shown on a map recorded
in Book 51, Page 11 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the Office of the County Recorder of said county,
EXCBPT the west 14 acres of said north one-half.

February 19, 1962 at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of saId public hearing heving beep duly given es eequired by
kew end in eccordance with the provisions oE the Maheim Municipel Code, rhepter 18:64, to hear and consider evidence
for and against said proposed conditionel use and to investigete end meke findings and recommendetions in connection
therewith; and
WHEREAS, seid Commission, after dus inspection, investigetion, end study mede by itself and in its behelf,
and after due consideration of all evIdence and reports offered at seid hearIng, does find and detecmine the following feds: ~
1. Thet the proposed use is properly one for which e Conditional Use Permit ie authodzed by this Code, to wit:

2o That the proposed use will adversely affect the ad3oining land uses and the growth
and development of the area in which it is proposed to be locatedo '
3a That the Planning Commission hereby re-affirms their recommendation for the pro-
jected development of the subject property for R-3, Multiple Family Residential, development
as outlined in Planning Study Noo 1-15-2 and forwarded to the City Council in Resolution
Noo 187, Series 1960-61, and Resolution Noe 188, Series 1960-610
