THAT PETITION FOR CONDITYONAL USE PER1111T 210 BE GRANTED
WHEREAS, the City Plaening Commiseion of the City of Anahelm did recelve e vedfied PetiUon foe Conditlonel
Use Pem~itfrom RHBA R. SPARLING and CONSTANCB F. DSWfiY, 306 Diamond Avenue, Balboa Island,
California, Owners of certain real property situated in the Cicy of Anaheim, County of
Orange, State of California, as described in Hxhi,bit "A" or as follows: All of Lots 3 and
4 and~the westerly 12.50 feet of ~.ot 2 in Block H of Subdivision of Vineyard Lot D-3, as
per Nlap~recorded in Book 34 Page 592 of Deeds of Los Angeles County, and further described
as 140 North Los Angeles Streetl

after due consideretion o[ all evidence end repoits oEfered et said headng, does find end determinethe following fecte:
1. Thet ihe pcopoaed use is piope:ly one for which e Conditional,IIse Pecmit is euthodzed by this Code, to
wit: a tzade schQol.
2, That the proposed use will not advacsely affect the edjoining lend uses end the gmwth en~ developmmt of
the azee in which it is proposed to be locsted.
3. Thet the eize end shape of the aite proposed fot the use is adequete to allow the full development oE the
proposed use in a manner not detdmentel to the petticuler aree not to the peace, health, aefety, end general welfare
of the Citizens of the City of Aneheim.

upon the streets a,nd hiqhways designed and improved to carry the traffic in the area.

1. Repair of damaged and/or hazardous sidewalks on Chartres Street and Los Angeles Street
