after due consideration of e!1 evidence eud reports ofiered at said ~aeadng, does find and deternine the following facts:
1. That the proposed use is p~ope:ly one for which a Conditionel .Use Permit is euthorized by this Code, to
Wlt: •A SANITARIUM FOR AMBULATORY OR NON-AMBULATORY PATIENTS.
2. That the proposed use will not advecsely affect the adjoining lend uses and the growth and development of
the area in which it is proposed to be loceted.
3. That the size and ahape of the site pcoposed for the use is edequete to allow the full development of the
proposed use in a manner not de4rimental to the particular area nor to the peace, health, sefety, end general welfare
of the Citizens of ffie City of Anaheim.
4. That the granting of the Conditionel Use Pemut under the conditions imposed, if any, will not he detrimental
to the peace, health, safety, and general welEere ofthe Citizens of the City of Auaheim.
5. THAT THE TRAFFIC GENERATED BY THE PROPOSED USE WILL NOT IMPOSE AN UNDUE 9URDEN UPON
