on Ap r i 1 2, 19 6 2 y et 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public heazing having been duly given es cequiced
by Iaw and in eccordence with the piovisions of the Aaeheim hiuaiCipal Code, Chaptee 18.68,to hear and cansider
evidence for and against said pcoposed variance and to iavestigete and make findings end cecommendatioas in connea
tlon therewith; •and

and aftez due coasideration of ell evidenco aad cepo~s offered as seid headng, doea find and determine the following
facts: -

whicr would gr`ant a permit a maximum encroachment of ten feet in the requir-
ed rear yards of subject lots,
2. Thet there ere exceptionel or extraocdinary ciccumstences or conditione e~pplicable to the property. involved
or to the intepded nse o~ the pmperty thet do not epply generally to the pmpetty or class of uae ia the aea~e vicinity
and zone.
3. That the requested veriance is necessary for the pteservetion and enjoyment of a substenGel propedy right
