THAT PETITION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2? ~BE DENIED
IVHEREAS, the City Plaztning Commission of the City of Meheim did receive a verified Petition foc Conditional
UsePermitfrom FRANK M, and MADELINE H. DEL GIORGIO, 5371 Grand View, Yorba
Linda, California, Owners; Rebert L, Bolen, 811, North Broadwa.y, Santa Ana,
California, Agent of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of CaliEornia, a.s described in Exhibit oA~~ or as.
follows; Legal description marked Exhibit ~~A~~ incorpprated in subject peti-
tion an3 referred to herein as though set forth in full

WHEF.EAS, the City Plannia~g Commission did hold a public hearing et the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on
Ap r i 1 16 , 19 62 , at 2:00 o'clock P.'N., notice of said public hearing having been duly given as cequired by
law and in acco:dance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal Code, Chepter 15:64, to hear and consider evidence
for an~ against seid proposed condilioceal use and to investigate and make findings and recommendetions in connection
therewith; end
WHEREAS, seid Commission, aftec due inspection, investigation, and study made by itself and in its behelf,
and efter due consideretion of all evidence and reports offe:ed at said heering, does find and determine the foliowing fects:
1. Thet the proposed use is propecly one for which a Conditionel Use Permit is authorized by this Code, to wit:
to conatruct a p-lanned u~nit MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL, ZONE develogment.
2. That the petition has appea.red twice before the Commissi.oa.,.and
that no one repreaented. the ?etitioner so that the.Cammisa.i,t~n, coul.d ad.equately
datermine from Lhe-pet.it3.oner any pertinent infoxmation.
3, That Pla~na wer~e not recsivecl i.n time by the Planning Department sor
an analysie by their techniciane.
4. That information as presented was insufficient for the Commiseion to
determine properly the granting of aubject petition.
5. That the. Propoaed use will adversely affect the adjoining land uses
and the growth and development of the area in which it ia propoaed to be
located.
6. That the size and shape of the•eite proposed for the uae.is adequate
to allow the full development of the proposed use i,n a manner not detri-
mental to the particular area nor to the peac~ health, safety, and general
weifare oe the citizens of Che City oE Anaheiw.
7, That the traffic generated by the proposed usa will impose an undue
burden ugon the atreets and highways deaigned and improved Y.o carry the
traffic in the area,
B. That the gtanting of the Canditional Use Permit under the conditians
imposed, if any, will be detrimental to the peace, health, safety, and gen-
eral welfare of the citizens of the City of Anaheim.
9. That no one appeared in oppoaition to aubject petition.
