facte:
1. Thet the.petitioner requesta a verianc~ from the Aneheim Municipal Code: Section 18e32e120 to permit
the estabiishment of carports or garages without doorso
2. That~thece are exceptionel or extreordinery circumetences oe conditione applicable to the property involved
or to the intended use oE the property thet do not epply generally to the pmperty or cleas of use in the aeme vicinity

3. That the ~equoated varience ia necesaery for the preamrveticn end enJoyment of a subetentlel propeity right

1• Provision of stucco interiors on the side and rear walls of all garages on sub- ~,
ject property with •ihe installation of enclosed cabinet storage spaceo i
2o Provision of bumper guards at the rear of each garage to protect the interior walls. t:
3. Provis3on for steel posts to replace the present wooden posts in order to obtain ;
maximum clearanceo ~~
4o Provision of ten by twenty foot garage spaces with a minimam clearance for ?
vehicular access of 18 feet into a double garage and 9 feet into a single garage. ;
