by law end in accordance with the provisions of the Aneheim Municipel Code, Chepter 18.72, to hear aad conatdet evi-
dence for end ageinst 3eid proposed reclessificetion end to invesUgate end meke findingn ond tecommendetione in
connection therewith: and
WHEREAS, seid Commission, after due inspection, lavestigation, end study mede by itself end in its behal~f,
and after due consideration of all evidence and repods offered at seid hearing, does find and detecmine the following
fects:
1. Thet the petitioner proposes e reclassiEicetion of the ebove deacribed p:opetty fcom tke R-A~ RESIDENTIAL
AGRICULTURAL, ZONE, to the R-3, MULTIPLE FAMILY R~SIDENTIAL, 7ANE to permit the establish-
ment of an apartment development.
2. That the proposed reclassification of sub3ect property is not necessary or
desirable for the orderly and proper development of the community.
3. That the proposed reclassification of sub~ect property does not properly re-
late to the zones and their permitted uses locally established in close proximity to sub-
ject property and to the zones and their permitted uses generally established throughout
the cotmnunity. '
4. That there were four persons appearing before the Cortm~ission, one with a petition
signed by 19 persons in opposition to the subject petition.
5. That the proposed Multiple f amily residential development would be an en-
croachment in a single family residential area.
