NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT kn~SOLVED that the Anaheim Ci4y P1ennIng"~ommissian does hereby tecommend
to the City Council of the City of Anaheim thet subject Petition for ReclessiGcetion be appmved and, by so doiag,
tha! Title 18-7.oning of the Aneheim .Municipel Code be .amended to exclude the ebove descdbed property from the '
R-A, RESIDENTIAL-AGRICULTURAL, ZONE, an8'to incorporate said described property in the R-3,
MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL~ ZONE, upon the following conditicns which are hereby found to
be a necessary prerequisite to the proposed use of the subject proper•ty in order to preserve
the safety and general welfare of the citizens of the City of Anaheimx
1. Development substantially in accordance with revised map of Tentative Tract No. 4627
dated April 24, 1962.
2. Development plans for each parcel to be submitted to and subject to the approval
of the Architectural Control Committee to coniorm to all R-3 Code requirements.
3o Payment of a Park and Recreation Fee of $25.00 per dwelling unit, to be collect-
ed as part of the Building Permito .
4. Provision of trash storage areas as determined by the Department of Public Woxks,
Sanitation Division' which are adequate in size, accessible to trash-truck pickup, and adequate-
ly enclosed by a solid f ence or wall, prior ~o Final Building Inspection.
