RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM Z'HAT

WHEREAS, the City Planning'Commission of the City of Anaheim did recelve a vedfied petition for Recles'sifica-
tion from, ANNA Ta UNGER., 354 Orangewood Avenue, Anaheim, California, and OVA D. MIKESELL,
1830 Romneya Driveq Anaheim, California, Owners; ROBERT So UNGER~ 354 Orangewood Avenue,
Anaheimo California, Agent of certain real pxoperty situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, as described in Exhibit "A" or as foll'owss Legal
description marked Exhibit_"A" incorporated in subject petition.and ieferred.to herein as
though set forth in full

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Meheim on
April 30y 1962y at 2:00 o'clock P.M. notice of said public hearing heving been duly given es required ~by
law and in eccordence with the provisions of the Maheim Municipel Code, Chepter 18.72, to hear end conaidet evidencc
for and against said ptoposed reclessificetion and to investigete and meke findings and recommendetions in conaectioa
therewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigetion, end study made by itself end in its behalf, and
after due consideration of ell evidence end reports offered at said heering, does find and detecmLse the following facts:
1. That the petitioner proposes a reclassification of the above described property from the R-A' RESIDENTIAL
AGRICtJLTUFtAL, D~NE to the R-39 MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL~ ZONF, to establish a Multipl~
Family lJn3t Developmento
2. Thot the proposed ceclessification of subject property is necessery and/or desiteble for the orderly end pro-
per development of the commuqity.
3. That the pcoposed :eclassification of subject property does properly relate to the zor.es and~ their pecmitted
uses locally established in close proximity to subject property end to the zones and theIr petmilted uaes gcnerelly eateb
lished throughout the community.
4w That the proposed reclassification of subject property does require dedication for
and standard improvement of abutting streets because said property does relate to and abut
