ornia, as described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and referred to herein as though set forth

WHEREAS, seid Commission, after due inspection, investigation, end study made by itaelf and in its behalf, .
and after due consideretion of all evidence aad reports offered at eaid headng, doea find aad determine the following fads:
1. Thet the ptoposed use is properly one for which a Conditional LTse Permit is authorized by this Code, to wit:
permit the use of subject property for a school and convent without the provision of a
masonry wall as required by the code.
2. That the requested waiver will adversely affect the ad~air~ing land uses and the
growth and development of.the area.in.which it is propsed to be located.
3. That the unde~eloped R-A Residential.Agricultural property abutting the east bound-
;ary of the school may, in al1 probability, be developed into some type of residential develop-
ment, and since the use of sub~ect property is heavier than residential use, sub~ect property
should be adequately protected by a six (6) foot block wall.
