t WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission of the City of Aneheim did recelve a verified Petition for Reclas'sificu-

WHEREAS, the City P.lenning Commission did hold a pubiic hearing et the City Hall in the City of Anaheim an
May 14~ 19629 et 2:00 o'clock P.M. notice of seid public hearing heving been duly given es required •by
lew and in accocdence with the provisions of the Meheim Municipal Code, Chepter 18.72, to hear end consider evidence

WHEREAS, said Commission, aiter due inspection, investigation, end study made by itaelf and in its behelf, end
afrer due considetation of all evidence and reports offered et seid hearing, does find and determine the following fects:
1. That the petitioner proposes a reclassificetion oE the above described propecty from the R-A' Residential
Agricultural, Zone to the R-39 Multiple Family Residential, 2one to permit the establishmettt
of a planned ~mit multiple family residential development. ~
2. That the proposed reclessification of subject property is necessery and/or desirable for the orderly and pro-
per development of the community.
3. That the proposed reclessification of subject property does pmperly celete to the zones and~their pecmitted
uses locelly established in close pr•~ximi+-+ to subject property end to the zones and their permitted uses generally esteb=
lished throughout the community. •
4. That the proposed rec.lassification of sub~ect property does require dedication
for and standard improvement of abui:ting streets•because said property does relate to and
abut upon streets and }iighways which are proposed to carry th~ type and quantity of traffic~
which nrill be_generated by the perm3tted uses, in accordance with the circulation element
of the General Plan. '

to the City Co.uncil af the City af Anaheim that sub3ect Petition f or Reclassification be approv-
ed,. and, by so doing, that Title 18-Zoning of the Anaheim Municipal Code be amended to exclude
the above descr.ibed property from the R-A, Resider~tial Agricultural, Zone, and to incorporatQ
seid described property in the R-39.Multiple Family Residential9 Zone, upon the folYov~ting .
