WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commiesion did hold a public heedng st the C:ty Hell in the City of Anehetm on
May 26~ 1962y at 2:OQ o'clock P.M., notice of said public headng having been duly given as requiced by
law end in d.:cordence aith :he pro~ieions of the Meheim Municipel code, Chepter 18.64, to hear end coneider evidence
for end ogeinst eaid proposed coaditioaal uae end to inveatigete end meke findings and recommendetions in connection
therewith; end
WHEREAS, said Commiseion, eftee due inspection, inveatigation, end etudy mede by itsel€ end in its behalf, and
after due considetation of ell evideace end repoxYs offeted at seid headng, does find and determine the following facta:
1. That the proposed uee is properly one for which e Conditionei .Uae Permit is authodxed by this Code, to
wit: expansion of an existing trailer park.
2. That the pcoposed use will not edvecaely effect the adjoining land uses and the growth ond development of
the erea in which it is proposed to be loceted.
3. That the size and ehepe of the aite p:oposed for the use is adequate to allow the full development of the
propoaed use in a menner not detdmantel to the perticuler etea aor to the peaca, health, aefety, end general welfere
of the Citixens of the City of Aneheim.
4. That the grenting of the Conditionel Use Permit under the condltiona imposed, if eny, will not be detrimental
to the peace, health, eafery, end ge~necel welfaee of the Citizens of the Ciry of Aneheim.
5a ~hat the traffic.generated by the proposed use will not impose ~an undue burdeq
upon the atreets snd highweys designed and improved to carry the traff ic in the area.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT(RESOLVED the4 the Anaheim City Plattning Commission does hereby g~ent subject
Petition foc Conditionel Use Permit, upon the following conditions which ere heeeby found to be a necessary pcecequisite
to the pmposed use of the subiect property in oeder to pceserve the safety end generel welfere of the Citizens of the
City of Anaheim: '
1. Sub3ect to the completion of Reclassification No. 40-61-107 prior to issuance of
Final Building Inspection of the pr.tlposed trailer spaces.
2. Development substantielly.in accordance with Exhibit No: 1 provid9d that said
trailer spaces shall be.in accordance With the proposed trailer park ordinance.
3. Payment of a Park and Recreatian Fee of S25o00 per trailer space to be collect~d
es part of the Building Permit.
4. Provision of trash storage areas as determined by•th~ Deddrtment of Public Works;
Sanitation Divisionr which are adequate in size, accessible to traeh-truck pickup, an3
adequately enclosed by a solid fence or wall9.prior to Final'Building Inspection.
