fects:
1. That the petitioner requeste a variance fmm the Me}ieim Municipal Code: Section 18.24.030 (3) to
construct an addition to an existing single family residence on sub~ect property.
2. Thet there ere exceptional or extraordinery citcumetences or conditlone appliceble to the ptoperty involved
or to the intended uae of the propacty that, do not epply generelly to the property or class of use in the seme vIcinity
end zone.
