i and efter due consideration of all evidence and reperts offered es seid hearing, does find end determine the following

; 1. Thet the petitioner requests e varience feom the Aneheim Municipel Code: SectiOn 18.32e060 to permit
i; the establishment of two story multiple family residential units.
'! 2. That there are no exceptional or extraordinary circumstances or conditions applicable
~; to the property involved or to the intended use of the property that do apply generally to
~ the property or class of use in the same vicinity and zonea
~ 3, That the requested variance w311 be materially detrimental to the publfc welfare
J or injurious to the property or improvements 3n such vicinity and zone in which the property
is 'locatedo
4, That the requested variance will adversely affect the Comprehensive General Plan.
5o That twelve persons appeared in opposition to sub~ect petitiono
6a That the existing property is classified in the R-09 Residential Suburban Zone
and is limited in area, that it would best be developed for its orginally intended use in
