A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEiM
THAT PETITION FOR VARIANCE NO. 1484 BE GRANTED
WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission( of the City of Aneheim did receive e verified Petition for Variance
f~om OSCRR A. and LllPE Y. MUNOZ'.as JorT. (Oscar A. Munoz deceased), 509 East Adele, Anaheim~
California, Owners of certain real pxoperty situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, as follows; Lot No.~10 Blk. 2 in ±he Olive Street Tract, and further
described as 509 East Adele' Anaheim, California

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hel1 in the City of Anaheim
on June 11 ~ 1962, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing having been duly given as required
by law end in accocdance with the provisions of the Maheim Municipol Code, Chepter 18.68,to heer and coasidec
evidence for and against seid proposed veriance end to investigate end meke findings end recommendations in connec-
tion therewith; end
WHEREAS, said Commission, eRer due inspection, inveatigatton, and study mede by ftself end ia its behelf,
and afker due consideration of ell evidence and reports offered es said hearing, does find and determine the following
facts~
1. That the,petitioner requests e varience from the Maheim Municipal Code: SeCtion 18.80.080 to permit
the Astablistv~ent of a single family dwelling of a minimum of B10 square feet.
2. Thet :hece are exceptionel or extreordinery circumstances or conditions appHceble to the propetty involved
or to the intended use of the property that do not epply generelly to the property or claes of use in the same vicinity
and zone.
3. That the requested varience is necessery for thP preservetion and enjoyment of a substantiel prop,erty right
possessed by othet property in the seme viclnity end zone, and denied to th~ ptoperty in question.
4. That the requested veriance will not be materially detrimental to the public welfate or injudous to the prop-
erty or improvements in such vicinity end zone in which the property is located.
• 5. That the requested variance will not Advecsely affect the Comprehensive General Plen.
6. That no one appeared in opposition to subject petition.

~ PeUtion for Varience, upon the following conditions which ere hereby found to be a necessery pcerequisite to the pro-
posed use of the subject propecty in ocder to preserve the safety and general welfere of the Citizens of the City of
Anaheim.
1. Payment of a Park and Recreation fee of $25.00 pQr dwelling unit for the new un3t
j only, to be collected as part of the Building Permit.
! 2. Development substantially in accordance with Exhibl.t Nos. 1, 2, and 3.
