' ~.~.~. .. ... . . i ~ ,. /~~ f •~ ~NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT Io.~-SOLVED thet the Aneheim City Plenning~,~mmission does hereby gtent subJect Petition for Varience, upon the following rnaditions which are heceby found 4o be e necessery prerequleite to the pro- posed use of the subject property in order to preserve the sefety end general welfece of the Citizens of the Ciry of Aneheim. 1. Dedication of 60 feet from the monumented centerline of Harbor Bouleyard (50 feet existing). 2. Provision of..trash atorage areas as determined by the Department of Public Works~ Sanitation Division~ which are adequate in size, accessible to trash-truck pickup, and adequetely enclosed by a solid fence or wa1l,.prior te Final Building Inspection. ~. Time limitation of one hundred and eighty (180) days.for the accomplishment of Item No. 1. ~ 4. Provisibn that all structures on the roof of the existing restaurant be painted the same color as the balance of the roof in order to maintain color harmony, 5. Provision that the "on-sale" of liquor is an incidental use in conjunction with the restaurant operation by the owner of sub~ect restaurant and ttiat said granting of the variance shall not be granted to a future owner of sub~ect prop2rty by virtue af'~the sale of sub~ect property. .
