of Anaheim, County of Orangey State of California, as follows: The North half of Lot 2, '
as shown on a Record of Survey of part of Section 4~ T4SR10W„ S. B. B. 8 M., f iled iri Book
1, page 55 of Record af Surveys in the.office of the county recorder of~Orange County, Cal-
ifornia. Excepting therefrom the South 27 feet ;

WHEREAS, fhe City Plenniag CommissIon did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in ffie City of Aneheim on
June 11~ 1962, at 2;00 a'clock P.M., notice of seid public hearing heving beep duly given as cequired by
law end in accordence with the provisions of the Maheim Municipel Co3e, Cheptei 18:64, to hear and consider evidence '
far and ageinst said proposed conditional use snd to !nveatigete end meke findings end rernmmendetiona in connection ;
therewith; end
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, invesUgation, end etudy mede by itself and in its behelf, ;
end efter due conaideretion of all evidence and repods offered et said headng, doea find and determine the following fecta: '

2. That the proposed use will adversely affect the adjoining land uses and the growth '

3~ That the applicant would not agree to removal or reduction of the kit~hen units
in the proposed development. . `;~
4. That ].arge parcels of land abutting subject.property are still undeveloped •
which could po:ssibly be used for R-1, One Family development, and that subject petition
would then be incompatible with this development.
5. That subject petitian represented a substandard R-3, Multiple Family development
and would be an infringement on the R-3, zoning of the Anaheim Municipal code. `
6. Applicant s~ated he was the builder of the motel on Bristol Street in Costa Mesa
where a sign advertised batchelor apartments, and which the applicant admitted was
identical to the proposed development. '

Petltion for Ccnditlonal Use Permit on the beais of the efoeemen~oned flndings.
