PTOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anehc:im Ciry Plenniag Commission does hereby cernmmend
to the City Council of the City of Aaaheim thet subject Petition for Reclasaification be epproved and, by so doing,_.
thet Tifle 1&Zoning of the Anaheim Municipal Code be amended to exclude the above descrihed property from the j
R-A~ Residential Agricultural, Zone and to incorporatP ~aid 3escribed property. in the C-1, ~
Nei~hborhood Commercial, Zone upon the following conditions which are hereby found to be ;
a necessary prerequisite to the proposed use of the subject property in o~der ~to preserve
the safety 2nd general welfare of the citizens of the City_of,Anaheim.
1. Dedication of fifty-threQ (53) feet from the monumented centerline of Hall Road and Knott
Avent~e (30 feet existing.)~
2. Prepara'cion of .street improuement.plans and installation.of ell improvements for Ball Road ~
and Kc~ott Avenue' subject to the apprnval of the City EnginPer and in accordance ~~ith the ad6pt-',
ed standard plans on file in the oFf ice of the City Engineer.
3. Payment of $2.00 per fr.ont foot for street lighting purposes on Ball Road and ICnott Aver~ue;~ '
4.~ Provisian of trash storage areas as determined by the Department of Public Works; Sanitation!
Division,.which are adequate in size, accessible to trash-truck pickup, and ade~uately enclosed :'
by a solid fence or wall, prior to Final Building Ir,spection. '
5. Time limitation of one hundred and eighty (180) da~s f or the accomplishment of Item Nos. 1; i
