law end in acco:dcince with the provisiona of the Anehelm Mnniclpel code, Chepter 18.64, to heerend coneidee evidence
for and egeinet eaid propoeed conditional use end to invastigate and make findinga end recommendetioae ia connection
therewith; end ,
WHEREAS, seid Commiseion, after due lnepection, investigetion, end study made by itself end in its behelf, end
efter due conaideretIon of ell evidence and reports ofEered at seid headng, does find and determine the following fecte:
' 1. Thet the proposed use is properly one for which e Conditionel .Use Permit ie authorized by thls Code, to
w}t: establish a boarding home for ~he aged.
2. Thet the propoaed use will not edvecsely affect the edjoining lend usea end the growth and d.:velopment of
the azea in which it is proposed to 've located.
3. That the size end ehape of the site proposed for the use is edequete to alIow the full development of t(ec
peoposed use in a menner aot detrimental to the perticuler erea nor to the peace, health, aefety, end general welir+re
of the Citlzens of the City of Meheim.
4. ' Thet the geenting of the Conditionel Use Permit undec the conditions imposed, if eny, will not be detrimental
to the peace, health, sefetv, and generel welEere of the CiUzena of the City of Aneheim.
5. That the traffic.generated by the proposed use will not impose an undue burden
upor. the streets and highways designed and improved to carry the traffic in the area.
6. That a letter signed by five persons was read in opposition to subject petition.
