Petition for Conditioael Use Permit, upon the following conditions which are hereby found to be a neces~ery prerequiaite
~o the proponed use of the subJect properK in o~der to preserve the sefety and general welfare of the Citizens of the
City o£ Aneheim: '
1. Dedication of f.ifty-ttuee (53) feet fram the mommiented .centerline of. State College Boule- '
var.d (5~ Sest existing).
2...Pr.epar.atian.of street improvement plans and iristallation of all improvemettts for State `•
College Boulevard subject to the appraval of..tl~e City Engineer and.i.c~ accbrdance w3th the
adopted .s'tandar.d .plans oa..file in..the office of .the City EngineEr.
3. Payment of $2.00~pPr.~ront.fnot~.or street.lighting purposes o~ S~ate Cc2lege Boulevard. ~
4. Payment of a,Park and Recreation fee of $25.00 per trai'ler sFace to be collected as pari; ;
of .the Buil~3ng Permit.
5. Provis3on of .trash storage areas as determir,ed by the Department of Public ~lorks, Sani-
tation Div3sion, which.are adequate in size accessible to trash truck pick-uA and adequately
enclosed by a sol~.d f ence.or wall.prior.to Final Building Inspection. ;
