WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission of the City of Aneheim did receive a verified Petition for Veriance
from ATELAID& A. NpRSE, 709 Neptune Street, Anaheim, California, Owner; GBORGE M.
I~LSTEIN and SONSS 166 East 17th street, Costa ldesa, California, Agent of certain real
property situated in the.City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described
as follows: Lot No. 7A in Tract 2425, and further described as 709 Neptune Street, Anaheim,
California
; and
WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission did ho;d a public heering at the City Hell in the Clty of Anaheim

1. Thet the petitioner requests a verience fmm the AaaheIm Municipel Code: Section 18.24.030 (3) to
con~truct 'a room addition to an existing sfngle family residence.
2. That there are exceptionel or extraordinery ci~cumstences or conditiona applicable to the property involved
or to the Inteaded use of the pmperty thet do not epply geneeally to the property or cleas of use in the same vicinity
and zone.
3. Thet the requested veriance ie neceasary for the preseivation and enjoyment of a substantial property right
poesesaed by other pmperty in the seme vicinity end zone, and deniea to the property in question.
4. That the requested verience m~ll not be matedellv detcimea4al to the pablic welfate or injurious to the piop-
edy or improvements in such vicinity enci zone in which the property is luceted.
