THAT PETITION FOR VARIANCE NO. 1508 BE GRANTED
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commisaion of the City of Anaheim did recei.ve e vedfied Petition for Vedance
fmm PEfER A. GIOVANNONI, 1784 1Nest Alomar Avenue, Anaheim, California, Owner of certain
real property 5ituated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, and
described as follows: Lot No. 3 in Trac+, Noo 3067, and further described as 1784 West
Alomar Avenue, Anaheim, California

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public headng et the City Hall in the City of Aneheim

construct an additi.on to an existing single family residence.
2. Thet there ere exceptionel oc extwordInery circumstences or conditions eppllceble to the property involved
or to the intended use of the property that do not epply generelly to the property or cless of use in the same viclnity
and zone.
3. Tlsat the requested variance is necessery for the preservation end enjoyment of e aubstenUal property ttght

Petition for Verience, upon the following conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the pro-
poaed use of Lhe subject property in order to pre~ecve the safety end general welfere of the Citizens of the City of
Meheim.
1. Development substantially in accordance with Exhibit No. 1.
