Payment of a Park and Recreation Fee o€ $25.00 per dwelling unit to be collected as part of the Building Permit. 3. Time limitation of one hundred and eighty (180) days for the accomplishment of Item No. la 4, Recordation of a record of survey in accordance with Exhibit No. 1 prior to issuance of a Building Permit. 5. Sub~ect to the approval of Reclassification No. 62-03-7. 6. Construction of a six (6) foot masonry wall along the south houndary of subject property prior to Final Build3ng Inspection of any construction located thereon. 7. Relocatior~ of the existing guest house as requested by the petitioner, provided that the new location be in accordance with all Code requirementsy that said house be subject to inspection by the Building Department prior to Final Building Inspec~tion on any construction proposed for subject property.
