1. Thet the proposed use is properly or,e for which a Com:itionai UsP Permit is aukhorized by this Code, to wit:

and development of the area in which it is proposed to be located.
3. That the granting of the Conditional Use Permit under the condit'ions imposed, if
any, rvill be detrimental to the peace, heaith9 safety, and general v~elfare of the citizens
of the City of :lnaheim.
4. That the proposed development of subject proper~y was incompatible with the present
zoning of rZ-1~ One Family Residential ~one in the area in which subject property is located.
