,Petition foc Vadance, upon the following conditioas which ace heteby found to be a necessery pcerequisite to the pro-
posed use of the subject property in otder to preserve the sefeEy and generel welfere of the Citizens of the Ciry of
Anaheim.
1. Dedication of thirty-two (3?~ feet on Syc aznore Street (24075 fee~ no~.v existing)o
2. , Installation of sidewalks and.driveways on Sycamore Street~ in accordance with the adopted
standard plans on file in the.Office of the_City Engineer.
3.. Payment of $2.60 per5mt.foot forstreet.lighting purposes on Syca~ore Streete
4a Provision of standard trash storage areas as determined by the Department of Public
Works, Sanitation Divis3on, prior to Final Building Inspectione
5o Subject to the approval of Petition for Reclassification No. 62-63-10.
6. Payment of Park and Recreation Fee of $25a00 per dwelling unit, for the new units only.
7. Time limitation of one hundred and eighty (180) days for. the accomplishment of Item Nos.
1, 2~ and 3,

be constructed from the southerly edge of the garages to the front setbaclc line, six (6)
foot masonry wall to be constructe~ along the south property line of the easterly 124e76 feet
and along the east property line for a distance of one hundred and forty (140).f.eet to
seperate the parking araa of the R93, from the adjacent R-A Zone~ propertye
10. Provision that the interior walls of the prcposed carports be stuccoed where said ~
masonry walls do not exist; that enclosed storage areas shall be prov~ded along the rear wall
o£ each carport, and that adequate bumper guards shall be provided to protect the rear of the
p*oposed carportse
