law and in accordence with the provisIons of the Maheim Municipel Code, Chapter 18.72, to hear end consider evidence
for and egeinst said pioposed reclasslfication and to Inveatigate end meke findings and recommendetions' in conr.ection

WHEREAS, seid Cummission, a$er due inspection, investigation, end study mede by itself end in its behelf, and
efter due consideration of all evidence and :eports offeced at said hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. Thet the petitioner proposes e reclessificetion of the ebovE described g,roperry from the R• ~A9 Residential
Agricul+.ural, Zone to the R~3, Mult2ple Fami'ly Residential9 Zone to constx•a:;i a Garden~type

2. That the p:aposed reclassificetion of subject property is necessery end/or deaireble for the orderly end pro-
per development of the community.
3. That the proposed ceclassification of subf ect property does properly relete to the zones and their permitted
uses locally esteblished in close proximity to subject property end to the zones and their peneitted uses genecally eatab-
lished throughout the community.

that Title 18-Zoning of the Anaheim Municipel Code be amended to exclude the above descdbed property from the
