WHEREAS, the City Flenning Commission of the City of Aaeheim did ceceive a vecified Petition for Recle'ssi$ca-
tion kom BILL BAYLERNWN~.1341 Nnsth.Crescent Heights, Hollywood 46, California, Owner;
LE ROY ROSE~ 212Z-D.West Ball Road; Anaheim,.California, Agent of certain real property sit-
uated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, as described in Exhibit
"A" attached hereto and referred to herein as though set forth in full

WHEREAS, the Citq Plenniag Commission did hold e pqblic hearieg at the City Hall •in the City of Ane6eim ou

1. That the petitioaer propoaes e reclessi~ication of the ebove described gcopedy from the C-1~ Neighborhood
Commercial,,Zone with a six (6) foot planting strip to the G1, Neighborhood Commercial, 2one
deleting the six (6) foot planting strip requirement. ~
2. That the proposed reclassi£ication of sub3ect property is not ttecessary and/or
desirable for the o•rderly and proper development of the communitye
3. That original Reclassification No. 59-60-113, completed hy Ordinance No. 1524
reclassifying sub~ect,property from the R-A, Residential Agricultural, Zone to the C-1,
Neighborhood Commercial and C-3, Heavy Commercial, Zones was approved with a precise plan
in which a six (6) foot planting stxip was specified abutting Pampas Lane, and that said
landscaped setback is deemed to be necessary in order to enhance the entiy and potential
development along Bampas Lene easterly of subject property.
4. That one.person representing a local organization appeared in opposition to subject
petition.
