AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
THE ZONING MAP REFERRED TO IN TITLE 18 OF THE
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING
(RECLASSIFICATION NO. 2004-00139)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, following a duly noticed public hearing held December 13, 2004,
pursuant to the provisions of Section 18.76.070 of the Anaheim Municipal Code, the Anaheim
Planning Commission did adopt its Resolution No. PC2004-149 determining that a change or
changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be made; and
WHEREAS, the owner of property located at Picadilly Way 320 feet north of the
centerline of Britain Way, more particularly described below, has requested that the City finalize
reclassification of the subject property from the RS -2 (Single -Family Residential) Zone to the RS -3
( Single -Family Residential) Zone of the City of Anaheim (Reclassification No. 2004-00139); and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as conditions precedent
to the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been complied
ti,ith.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That the Zoning Map referred to in Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code be, and
the same is hereby, amended by rezoning and reclassifying the subject properties situated in the
County of Orange. State of California, described as follows. to wit:
THAT PORTION OF LOTS 22 THROUGH 27 INCLUSIVE OF
TRACT NO. 2358. IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM, COUNTY OF
ORANGE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, PER MAP RECORDED IN
BOOK 77, PAGES 27 AND 28 OF MISCELLANEOUS MAPS, IN
TH E OFFICE OF THE COUNTY RECORDER OF SAID COUNTY
LYING SOUTHWESTERLY OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED
LINE:
COMMENCING AT THE INTERSECTION OF THE
CENTERLINE OF PICADILLY WAY WITH THE CENTERLINE
OF BUCKINGHAM STREET, AS SAID INTERSECTION IS
SHOWN ON THE MAP OF SAID TRACT NO. 2358; THENCE
NORTH 0 DEGREES, 26'. 27" EAST. 441.43 FEET ALONG SAID
CENTERLIN E OF BUCKINGHAM STREET, THENCE SOUTH 89
DEGREES 33'33" EAST, 30.00 FEET TO THE EASTERLY LINE
OF SAID BUCKINGHAM STREET AS SHOWN ON SAID
TRACT MAP, SAID POINT BEING THE POINT OF BEGINNING;
THENCE NORTH 55 DEGREES 09' 41 " EAST, 39.58 FEET;
THENCE SOUTH 71 DEGREES, 49' 31 " EAST, 321.98 FEET;
THENCE SOUTH 72 DEGREES 58' 14" EAST, 99.35 FEET;
THENCE SOUTH 71 DEGREES, 49' 30" EAST, 200.11 FEET;
THENCE SOUTH 72 DEGREES, 58' 15" EAST, 175.04 FEET TO
THE BEGINNING OF A TANGENT CURVE CONCAVE
SOUTHWESTERLY AND HAVING A RADIUS OF 1681.00
FEET; THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY 7.95 FEET ALONG SAID
CURVE THROUGH A CENTRAL ANGLE OF 0 DEGREES, 16'
16" TO A POINT ON THE WESTERLY LINE OF LOT 9 OF
TRACT NO. 4197 RECORDED IN BOOK 163, PAGES 23 AND 24
OF SAID MISCELLANEOUS MAPS, SAID POINT IS
NORTHERLY 119.72 FEET ALONG SAID WESTERLY LINE
FROM THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 9.
into the RS -3 (Single -Family Residential) Zone of the City of Anaheim.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby, amended and the above-
described properties shall be excluded from the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated
in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map, as amended,
is hereby adopted and the Planning Department is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map
to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted.
SECTION 3. CERTIFICATION
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance and shall cause the same
to be printed once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper
of general circulation, published and circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.

THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE was introduced at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Anaheim held on the 29thday of March , 2005, and thereafter
passed and adopted at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 12th day of
April . 2005, by the following roll call vote:
