for and egeinst said proposed conditional use and to invesUgete and meke findings end recommendetions in connection
therewith; end
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investlgation, and study made by itsel~' and in its behalf, and
efter due conaideeation of all evldence dnd teporte offered at eaid hearing, does find end determine the followIng fecta:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ESOLVED that the Meheim City Plannin~"Commission does hereby grent subject
Petition for Conditionel Use Pecmit, upon the following conditiohs which ece hereby found to be a necessary precequisite
to the proposed use of the subject property in order to preaerve the safety and gene~al welfare of the Citizens of the
City of Anaheim: '
la pedication of forty-five (45) feet from the centerline of Haster Street (30 feet
existing).
2e Preparation .of street.improv~ment plans and installat.ion of all improvements for
Haster Street sub~ect to the approval of the.City Engineer and in accordance with the adopted
standard plans on file in the office of the City Engineer.
• 3. Payment of $2v00 per front foot for street lighting purposes on Haster Stxeeta
4. Payment of Park and Recreation Fee of $25a00 per dwelling unita
5. Provision of standard trash storage areas as determined by the Department of .
