THAT PETITION FOR VARIANCE NO. 151b gE GRANTED
WHEREAS, the Ciry Plenning Commission of the City of Meheim did receive a vedfied Petition`for Vadence

situated in the City cf Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, as follovas: Lot
No. 25 in Tract 1559, and further described as 606 Buttonwood Street, Anaheimti California

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commiasion did hold a public heering at the City 1FIe11 in the City of Anaheim
on August 20~ 1962~ et 2:00 o'clock P.M., notlce of said public hearing heving been duly given as required
by law and in eccordence with the pmviaions of the Meheim Municipal Code, Chepte~ 18.68, to hear end considec
e:'o :hce for end egainst said proposed variance and to inves;igate and meke findings end recommendetions in connec-
tion therewith; ead
WHEREAS, said Commission, efter due inspection, investigetion, end study made by itself end in ite behelf,
and eftet due consideretion of all evidence and reports offe~ed as aeid headng, does find end determine the following
facta:
1, Thet the petitioner requests a veriance from the Aneheim Municipal Code: SeCtiori 18o24s030 (3) to
construct an addition to a single family residence9
2. Thet there ere exceptionel ot extceordinary citcumstences or conditions eppliceble to the property involved
ur to the intended use of the p:oper:y thet do not apply gene:ally to the propedy or clasa of use !n the same vicinity
end zone.
3. Thet the requeated verieace is necessery for the preaecvation and enjoyment of e aubstantlel pmpedy right

posed use of the subject p:o~erty in o~der to preserve the sefety and general welfare of the Cit3zens of the City of
Anaheim.
1. Developmen•t substantially in acc~rdance with Exhibit Nos. 1 and 2, provided that a
minimum space of ten (10) feet be maintained between the outside walls of the proposed
construction and the existing accessory building.
