August 20y 1962, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid public hearing having been duly given as required by
lew end In accordence with the provisions of the Aneheim Municipal code, Chepter 18.64, to hear and consider evidence
for md against said proposed conditionel use and to investigate and make findings end recqmmendetions in connection
therewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, aEter due inspection, investigation, end etudy' made by itself and in its behalf, end
efter due consideration of ell evidence and reports offeced at seid hearing, does fiqd and determine the followIng fects:

1. Thet the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditionel ,Use Permit is suthorized by this Code, to
wit: establish a Churcho
2. Thet the proposed use will not edversely affect the edjoining land uses end the growth and development of
the area in whIch it is proposed to be located.
3. ThaE the size and ahepe of the site proposed for the use is edequate to allow the fi:ll development of the
proposed use in e menner not detdmentel to the pecticular erea nor to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare
of the Citizens of the City of MeheIm.
4. ':::at ine granting of the Conditionel Use Petmit under the conditione imposed, if any, will not be detrimentel
to the peace, heeith, ~efety, end genecal welfere of the Citizens of the Ciry of Aneheim.
5. That the traffic generated by the proposed use will not impose an undue burden
upon the streets and highways designed and improved to carry the traffic in the area.

Petition for Conditionel Use Permit, upon the Eoltowing conditions which are hereby found to be a necess.ery prerequisite
to the proposed use of the subject property in ocder to preserve the safety end general welfare ofthe ~~itizens of the ~
City of Aneheim: •
1. Dedication of forty-five (45) feet from the monumented centerline of Orange Avenue ;
(20 feet existing). ~
2. Preparation of street improvement plans and installation of all improvements for Orange
Avenue, subject to the approval of the City Engineer and in accordance with the adopted ~
standard plans on file in the off ice of the City Engineer, i
3. Payment of $2.00 per front foot for street 13ghting purposes on Orange Avenue.
4. Provision of standard trash storage areas as determined by the Department of Public
Works, Sanitation Division, prior to Final Building Inspection.
5. Installation of fire hydrants, as determ3ned to be necessary by the City of Anaheim
Fire Department, to provide adequate fire protection.
6o Time limitation of one hundred eighty (180) days for the a ccomplishment of Item Nos.
1, 2, and 3.
7e Development substantially in accordance with Exhibit No. lo _
8. Installation of a six (6) foot masonry wall along the east and south boundaries of
subject propsrty prior to Final Building Inspectiono
