A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM '
THAT PETITION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 297 BE GRANTED
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim P1d receive a verified Petition for Conditi~nal
Use Permitfmm II.~N~R A. MANION~ 1309 South Hrookhurst, Anaheim~ California, Owner ~f cer-
tain real property situated in the City of .Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California
as described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and referred to herein as though set forth in
full ` .

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Aneheim on
August 20~ 1952~ , at 2:00 o'clock ~.M., notice of seid public hearing naving been duly given as requiced by
law and in acco~dence with the provisions of the Aaaheim Municipal code, Chapter 18.64, to hearend consider evidence
for end against said ptoposed conditional use and to investigate and make findings end recommendations in coanection
therewith; an3
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, ia~estigution, end study'mede by itself end in its behalf, aad
after due consideration of all evidence and repocts offeced at seid hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. That the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditional ,Use Permit is authorized by ffiis Code, to
wit: expand an,existing nursery schoolo
2. Thet the proposed use will not adveesely affect the adjoining lend uses and the gcowth and development of
the azea in which it is p:oposed to be located.
3. That the size and shape of the site proposed for the use is adequate to allow the full development of the
proposed use in a manner not detrimental to the particuler aeea nor to the peace, health, sefety, and generel welfare
of the Citizens of the City of Maheim. ~
4. That the granting of the Conditional Use Permit under the conditions imposed, if any, will not be detdmental
to the peace, health, safety, and general welfere of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim.
5. That the traffic generated by the proposed use will not impose an undue burden
upon the streets and highways designed and improved to carry the traffic in the areao
6> That parking.sequirements be~waived until such time as the Brookhurst Street
frontage of .ahutting..properties is widened, or until such time as continued off-street park-
,ing would_impede traffic~mo~ement on Srookhurst Street as determined by the City Engineer,
at which time off-street parking shall be provided as deemed necessary by the Architectural
Review Committee. ~
