A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT P£TITION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT N0. 251BE DENIED
WHEREAS, the Ciry Pleiining Commisaion of the City of Anaheim did ceceive e vedfied Yetition for Conditional
Use Pem,itfrom GEORGE and GFRTRllDE..DYKSTRA, Route #1, Box 481, San Jacinto, Galifornia, Owners;
HAUPTMAN-ISAAC, Suite D, 1741 South Euclid Avenue,.Anaheim. California, Agents of certain real
property situated 3n the City of Anaheim, County-of Orange, State of California as follows;
The West half of the Northeast..quarter..of the NorthHest -0uarter.of the Northeast quarter
of Section 22, in Township 4 Sof~th, Range 11 West~ Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on a map
thereof recorded in book 51, paye 11, M3scellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County ,',

WHEF.EAS, the City Plenning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hell in the City of Anaheim on
August 20~ 1~62~ at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid public headng having beep duly given es requi~ed by
lsw end in accotdance with the provisions of the Aneheim Municipal Code, Chapter 18:64, to hearand consider evidence
for and against seid proposed conditionel use and to investigete and make findings end cecommendetions in connection
therewith; end
WHEREAS, seid Commission, efter due inepection, investigetion, and atudy medo by itaelf end in its behelf,
and after due considecation oE all evidence and repods oEfered et said hearing, does find end determine the following fads:
1. That the ptoposed use is properly one for which a Coaditionel Use Permit is euthorized by this Code, to wit:
a single.stor.y multiple family residential developmento
2o That.the.proposed use will adversely affect the adjoining land uses and the growth
and development.of tho area in which it is proposed to be located.
3~ That the proposed development is incompatible to the existing single family
development surrounding subject property as reflected on the Preliminary General Plaq, which
indicates low density residential development in the vicinity of sub3ect property.
4. That although the development is acceptable architecturally, it would constitute
spot zoning for multiple family use in a single f amily area, and should be proposed for
prqperty located in a multiple family zoned areae
5e That f ifteen (15) persons appeared in opposition to sub3ect petition.

Petition for Conditlonel Use Pecmit on the basis of the aforementioned Eindings.
