WHEF.EAS, the City Plenning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on
AuguSt 20t 1962, et 2:OQ o'clack P.M., notice of said public hearing heving been duly given as cequired by
law end in acrnrdence with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal Code, Chapter 18:64, to hear, and consider evidence
for end ageinst seid proposed eonditional use and to investigate and meke findings and recommendations in connection
therewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigation, and stuAy made by itself end in its behalf,
and after due consideration of all evidence and ceports offered at said hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. Thet the pcoposed use is properly one fer which a Conditional Use Permit is authorized by this Code, to wit:
establish a single story planned unit multiple family residential developmento
2o That the proposed use will adversely affect the ad3oining land uses and the growth
and development of the area in which it is proposed to be located.
3. That the proposed develupmet~t would be in conflict with the preliminary General
Plan which projects low density residential development for subject and abutting properties.
4. That the proposed deve;.opment would be incompatible to the R-1, One Family develop-
ment of the entire area surrounding subject propertyo
5. That twenty-five (25) persons, one of whom presented petitions signed by one
hundred ten (110) persons, appeared in opposition to subject petitiono
