WHEREAS, seid Commission, after due inspectian, investigetion, and study made by itaelf end in its behalf, and
after due consideretion of all evidence aad reports offered at said headng, does find and dete~mino the following facta:
1. That the petitioner proposes a reclesslflcation of the ebove described property frc>m the R-1~ One Family
Residential, Zone to t}ie C-1, Neighborhood Commercial, Zone to permit the establishment
of an office in an existing single family residenceo .
2. Thet the proposed ceclassificetion of aubject property is necessary and/or desirable for the otdatly and pro-
per development of the commuctity. -

usea locally eatablished in close proximity to subJect propedy and to the zones end their permitted uses genecelly eateb-

#:?:>- : NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT R$SOLVED that the Aneheim City Planning Commisaion does hereby recommend
"~= ~ to the Ctty Cauncil of the City of Aneheim thet subject. Petition for Reclassification be approved and, by so doing,
x=; thet Title 1&Zoning of the Anoheim Municipal Code be emended to exclude the ebove descdbed pmperty from the
'' R-1, One'Family Residential, Zone and to incorporate said described property in the G1,
Neighborhood Commercial, Zone upon the following conditions which are hereby £ound to be
,~~ a necessary prerequisite to the proposed use of the sub~ect property in order to preserve
the safety and g eneral welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anahei~rQ
~ 1. D'edication of forty-five (45) feet from the monumented centerline of Harbor Boulevard,
