That the petitioner proposes a reclesslflcation of the ebove described property frc>m the R-1~ One Family Residential, Zone to t}ie C-1, Neighborhood Commercial, Zone to permit the establishment of an office in an existing single family residenceo . 2. Petition for Reclassification be approved and, by so doing, x=; thet Title 1&Zoning of the Anoheim Municipal Code be emended to exclude the ebove descdbed pmperty from the '' R-1, One'Family Residential, Zone and to incorporate said described property in the G1, Neighborhood Commercial, Zone upon the following conditions which are hereby £ound to be ,~~ a necessary prerequisite to the proposed use of the sub~ect property in order to preserve the safety and g eneral welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anahei~rQ ~ 1. D'edication of forty-five (45) feet from the monumented centerline of Harbor Boulevard, ~ ~; (34.75 fee~ existing). i 2.
